ACFS recognizes this need and addresses that challenge by offering low-cost training in a variety of formats:

9th Annual National Fraud Conference in San Francisco:

A three-day conference that brings hundreds of law enforcement, public and private sector investigators, auditors, attorneys, and other risk management professionals together to network while learning strategies, tactics, and lessons that can help them increase their effectiveness for combating and preventing fraud.

Regional Seminars

A soon to be launched seminar series entitled The Insider will help anti-fraud professionals use technology more effectively in the investigation and prosecution of internal fraud. This information effort will provide an opportunity for training in a day-long format that is easy to get to and cost-effective to attend. Oftentimes, anti-fraud professionals can’t afford downtime or interruptions. In the coming year, ACFS plans to deploy a series of short format trainings using the Internet as a broadcast medium.
