Referral Program for Members

Exciting changes have been made to the ACFS Membership Rewards Program.  Instead of having to wait until you hit a high threshold to win a reward, you can now claim a reward with your very first recruit. In this improved program, you will be awarded 1 point for every new member who joins the ACFS and identifies you as their recruiter or as the reason for their joining.

The referral rewards program is simply our way of saying “Thank You!” to those members who actively help in our effort to grow the ACFS. Every ACFS member in good standing is automatically eligible to participate in this program. All that is involved is passing the torch of membership on to a colleague. Just do what comes naturally – share your enthusiasm and commitment to our Association with a colleague and ask them to identify you in their application package as their “recruiter”. 

New applications received will be scanned to identify who the applicant lists as their “recruiter.”  Each quarter, reports will be run to show point accumulations -- 1 referral generates 1 point.  Every January, you will receive a point recap sheet showing the results of your efforts and the points you earned in the prior year.  Points can be used as they are earned or accumulated until year end for bigger rewards.  Points cannot be carried over from one year to the next.

Points are redeemable for a wide selection of exceptional rewards including mousepads, mugs, wearables and coupons off event tuition or dues.

Keepsakes for Participation (members and non-members)

Attend an ACFS training event or help the ACFS spread the word about its program by planning an information effort. Two good causes that can earn you a variety of attractive ACFS memorabilia. While on-site at an event, be on the lookout for the ACFS information booth to register for a prize.  If you can help with an event to share the good word about the ACFS and its non-profit work, you and your organization are eligible to receive coveted prizes that you may use as promotional items or giveaways.  Learn more by contacting the ACFS’s event marketing director at cynthiar@acfsnet.org.
