APPLICATION FEE INCREASE NOTICE

The current application fee rate was just increased to $185 and will be increased gradually each January 1st for the next two (2) years. On January 1, 2010 there will be another $30 increase, and the application fee will increase to $210.00. On January 1, 2011, the
last of the structured increases will be implemented, and the application fee will rise $40 to $250. The application fee will then remain at that level. No additional increases are anticipated after 2011.
