To gain access:

In the upper right corner of the page locate the Log-In Form; you must click on “Create Account”.  You will be directed to a form where you can provide us with a current e-mail address as well as create the Password and User ID that you choose.  The system will automatically send a confirmation code to your email.  Copy the activation code, return to our site, and paste it in as directed.  Your account should then be active, and you will be able to have full access.
