W. Michael Zimmerling, CFS, CPA, CFE

Mr. Zimmerling received his undergraduate degree in accounting from California State University. Possessing over 20 years of audit experience, Mr. Zimmerling presently serves as the Director of Corporate Financial Operations for United Paradyne Corporation in Santa Maria, California, where he is responsible for all aspects of the corporations financial operation.

Prior to joining United Paradyne, Mr. Zimmerling was Director of Revenue Accounting for Output Technology Solutions where he managed a team of analysts that gathered revenue information to develop various forecasts.

Prior to joining Output Technology, Mr. Zimmerling was an Audit Manager with Aerojet/GenCorp, a defense contractor. His duties, during his 12 year stint with Aerojet, included auditing for compliance with federal procurement regulations with an emphasis on fraud investigations and litigation support.

A Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Fraud Examiner, Mr. Zimmerling is also a Certified Fraud Specialist serves as the Association National Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, and serves as Chair of the National Finance and Budget Committee.
